Tifa Window was born of a simple conviction: you should be able to use powerful AI without handing your documents to a distant server.

The starting observation

Most AI tools require sending your files to the cloud. For many professions — healthcare, law, accounting, sensitive sectors — that's simply a dealbreaker. The data cannot leave, and no privacy policy replaces the absence of sending.

Rather than asking for blind trust, we chose to reduce to the strict minimum what must be entrusted: the AI engine runs on your machine and your documents never leave it. The app stays local‑first, with only two network egresses, listed and transparent — account authentication and Premium web search — neither of which carries your files.

The invisible-engine idea

Writing good prompts is a craft. Most people have neither the time nor the desire to learn it. Tifa Window flips the problem: you describe what you want in natural language, and an engine orchestrates clarification, decomposition into tasks, assignment to actors, then execution. Prompt engineering becomes invisible.

And because a general-purpose AI sometimes invents figures, we added Xpacks: verified code runs the business calculations in a sandbox, and the engine writes the deliverable around exact results.

Our stance

An account is required for everyone, free included, and we collect only what's strictly needed for the account and the licence — never your documents. No annual maintenance, no promise we don't keep. The full engine is free and will stay free; Premium is paid once, for life. Windows is available today, macOS is coming — with no date announced until it's ready.

It's a craftsman's tool: sober, honest, made for real work.
