Hosting

The site is hosted by Gandi SAS — 63-65 boulevard Masséna, 75013 Paris, France (gandi.net). The domain name is also registered with Gandi SAS.

Intellectual property

All content (texts, visual identity, logo) is protected. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

General terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of the Premium licence of the Tifa Window application. The free version remains free to use, subject to the creation of a user account.

2. Price and payment

Tifa Window Premium is a lifetime licence (one-time payment) priced at €39. With the launch code 123TIFAWIN: −40%, i.e. about €23. The sale is operated by Payhip and subject to its terms; payment and delivery of the licence key are handled by Payhip. Tifa Window neither processes nor stores any banking data.

3. Licence

The licence is for life, personal and non-exclusive: a one-time payment, with no subscription or annual maintenance. It authorises the installation and use of the Premium version on the buyer’s machines and is bound to their account.

4. Trial and no refund

A free 7-day trial allows evaluation of Premium features before purchase. The purchase of the licence does not entitle to a refund. The applicable sale, billing and any withdrawal terms are those of our payment provider Payhip, accepted at the time of order.

5. Availability

The application is available on Windows. The macOS version is announced as "coming" with no contractual date.

6. Applicable law

As the sale is operated by Payhip, it is subject to the applicable law of the European Union and to Payhip’s general terms, accepted at the time of order.

7. Liability

The application is provided "as is", without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher’s liability cannot be engaged for indirect damages resulting from the use of the software. The user remains responsible for verifying the deliverables produced.

Privacy policy

Principle

Tifa Window's AI engine runs entirely on your machine and your documents, prompts and deliverables are never transmitted. The app is local-first: it opens only two outbound connections, listed below, neither of which carries your files.

Data collected

Collection is minimal. To manage the account and the licence, we process only: your email address, an account ID and your password stored hashed (Argon2id algorithm, never accessible in clear text). No user document or file is collected or transmitted: your documents, prompts and deliverables stay on your machine.

Purposes & legal basis

This data is used to authenticate your account and to activate and control your licence. The legal basis for processing is the performance of the licence contract (art. 6-1-b of the GDPR).

Sub-processors

We rely on a small number of sub-processors: Payhip (payment and licence management), Gandi (hosting within the European Union) and Web3Forms (routing of messages sent via the contact form). Each accesses only the data strictly necessary for its function.

Web search (Premium)

If web search (a Premium feature, can be enabled/disabled) is used, only the entered query is sent to the search service to retrieve public data. None of your documents is transmitted.

Hosting

Account data is hosted in the European Union (Gandi SAS, France). No data is transferred outside the EU by Tifa Window.

Retention period

Account data is kept for the entire lifetime of the account, then deleted within 12 months of its closure.

Purchase (Payhip)

Payment is handled by Payhip, which collects the data needed for the transaction under its own privacy policy. We receive only the information useful for delivering the licence (email, order reference).

Website & cookies

The tifawindow.net site uses no tracker or tracking cookie. The contact form is routed by Web3Forms; the information you enter there (name, email, subject, message) is used only to handle your request.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and law 09-08 (CNDP, Morocco), you have a right of access, rectification and erasure of your data. To exercise these rights, write to support@tifawindow.net.
